will prepare advertising about your home in such form as flyers,
brochures and newspaper print as deemed appropriate for the marketing
of your home.

will work with other REALTORSŪ in the marketing and sale of your
home in compliance with the REALTORŪ Code of Ethics Requirements.
I
will work with you with all parties to obtain a mutually agreeable
binding contract for the sale of your home.
I
will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise between
the time the contract is signed and the transaction is finalized
at closing.
